Five non-governmental organisations for physically disabled people are involved in the Youth cooperation action the Web. The NGOs involved are The Finnish MS Society, The Finnish Rheumatism Association, The Finnish CP Association, The Finnish Neuromuscular Disorders Association and The National Association of the Disabled.

The Web offers the youth possiblities to organise all kind of different events and actions. The Web's multiple cooperation partners and years of experience create a strong basis for working together with the youth.

The Web supports youth activity by providing tools for planning and implementation of their projects. Young people can also apply for financial support – the criteria in Finnish can be found at www.seittiweb.org or you can contact the Web's youth action coordinator or the contact persons at the Web- NGOs.

Entangled in the Web

The Web is cooperation over boundaries. Young people with different disabilities or chronic illnesses are involved in the action. Every young and young-minded active persons and all curious ones who want action in their lives are welcome to join the Web!

Finland and the rest of the World

Through the Web you will find friends and contacts in Finland and all over the world. The Web creates and maintains actively national and international contacts in the youth work area. The Web offers you possibilities to be involved in projects, take part in seminars and training as well as take up voluntary work.

The youth invoved in the Web have organised among other things trips, christmas parties, and evening and weekend events. In addition they have gone e.g. to hockey games, movies and downhill skiing. Only your imagination is the limit!

The Web offers possibilities for young people with disablities. The Web throws a challenge to you who want something new to your every-day life!

The youth involved in the Web meet each other all over Finland. Find out where they get together and join in. If there is no Web action in your home town yet, contact us and together we will make the wheels turn.
